Yes, it does seem suspicious it was listed a year ago and quickly decreased in price drastically with another buyer falling out of contract.My back up plan was to rent out to students if travel nurses were not interested.

Doug,Assisted living, skilled nursing is an area that I have been thinking about looking into. 

The next tenant in that unit had zero issues for an extended duration (until they had the mother of all issues, the front of the unit caught fire and took 12 months to rebuild). 

My husband and I are looking to purchase something for my mother in law but the property is coming up for auction too quickly (in less than 2 days) to have any of the title companies we've spoken with run a full title search.
