Hi,So I have a situation where Cuyahoga County records states my house has 2 beds but my house has 3 beds.

I am relatively new to real estate investing and my goal is to start with a househack this year and scale my portfolio over time. 

Previously, I borrowed where my rate was the 5 year treasury plus 2 points.

Why don’t I purchase a house under my LLC then overtime sell it to my personal retirement IRA at a discounted rate.

When my family and I moved to Greensboro in 2020, I was referred to a real estate agent through my relocation assistant.

I have one LTR and am working to make my second investment a STR in coastal NC. 

I now want to diversify, I have around $1m in S&P 500, and want to use the other $1.5 for real estate investing.My end goal is to build a Real Estate Empire and I feel like I am in a very good situation to do so,I love working and I am not looking for "passive income".What would you pros do in my situation?

Hello BP Community,My name is Karl, and I’m an architect and real estate investor based in Europe.

All in all, the home is older but that is standard for the neighborhood and I have a solid amount of equity in the home currently.Recently, my dad said he is retiring and moving out of California. 

I was able to pick up my first one for $499K and am doing over $90k which is my comp for this one.
