I grew up "up the road a piece" and know that LR has had some spinnys, but nothing to compare with OKC, Tulsa, Joplin, and continuing on in that band across the region.

She grew up in Cincy so knows the landscape pretty well.

If we we're to sell county 2 we would be bringing in less money until we caught back up and grew county 1 more.

I learned quickly that was not what I wanted to be when I grew up!

I grew up in the Bronx and familiar with every area.

I think the only Naval station nearby is Great Lakes, so that would be a long commute.My wife grew up in Hoffman Estates and my in-laws still live there.

After doing a quick search up on the town, the population of the town only grew from 1206 (2016) to 1216 (2021) It's quite a small town, two of the highlights of Bassano is that it's situated right along Hwy 1 as well as the railway.In my opinion, it'd be quite difficult to be a landlord and have a property manager to come out with positive cashflow.

I actually grew up in Santa Clara :) Hopefully we'll meet eventually!
