@Mia EdgarDont walk but instead run away,  if you have to do a bunch of work you need to make sure that property is being bought at a price where you get actual sweat equity, this deal it looks like you would just get sweat and no equity.

To clarify "on purpose" I bought a home in Fort Branch and lived there 4 years and then sold it for a pretty nice profit but it was never an "investment".
