Wanted to see if anyone could give me some recommendations for good contractors in the King/Pierce county areas.

I have a good contractor, so I am trying to understand what the best option is: prefab/modular, framing kit, or building it from scratch.

I want to make several changes strictly for my enjoyment while I live there.

You must use a licensed contractor for all the work the bank funds, which requires full permits and using this contractor is going to be expensive.

They are knowledgeable about the area and will help with setting up contractors with rehab of the property.

Looking to contribute and learn however I can, just enjoying all the great content so far.

My cousin is a roofing contractor and deals with taking AC units off of roofs and junking them for cash, so, I would keep that in mind when you start talking to contractors.

After all I don't want to pay an inspector or contractor to get me a bid before I made an offer.
