Hi Harrison, get your name out there- go to your local investment group meetups, network on biggerpockets and on social media, do your research via books, biggerpockets, podcasts, etc. so that you know your stuff, and then reach out to agents, other investors, and lenders via cold calling or through email.

Other than that, I would recommend reading some of the articles written by the BP community for more information on the nitty gritty of the process as well as crushing some podcasts.As for the little things that are super important to keep in mind going forward, I would make sure to look into these:- Legality of wholesaling (more specifically assignment) in your area- Make sure you know how to accurately value a property- It helps to speak with a lawyer to help you get a P&S agreement squared away (Although you may be able to find something online I just wasn't able to)- For finding a deal I would look into things like driving for dollars, cold calling, direct mail, AdWords, social media, bandit signs, etc.- Looking into the title process for your area would be a good step to understand how closing works- When you do get a deal, how you plan on marketing the title (local REIAs, BP Marketplace, Investor groups in your area, etc.)Good Luck!
