Looking for Investment opportunities in and around Toronto area

Hello Everyone,

I am an investor from Oakville primarily investing in the GTA area including Cambridge/Waterloo. But with the rising prices finding a cash flow positive property has become a challenge. Wanted to ask Canadian investors what areas are you investing in these days? Are you investing in Condos or Townhouses or Mutli-family? I have so far always invested in Condos/Townhouses but now want to venture into multi-family? Any leads/experience will be much appreciated.
