I've been extremely surprised with some of the titles that I didn't think applied to me and my situation and walked away super thankful that I attended and came away with great nuggets of practical wisdom.

But, the daughter in her infinite wisdom, perjured herself in front of the judge and said there was only a visiting dog once in May (20th), but then said they were gone by June.

It has been prevailing wisdom that 6 units while working FT is nicely doable.

I do a lot of asset management which is a fancy way of saying I manage the property managers but what it really means is that I get the benefit of their collected wisdom without having to do all the hard work they do.We also do a lot of what's called 'value add' deals where we take an uderperforming property and bring it up to market or 'stabilize' it.

Oh, how I wish I had the wisdom to begin investing when I was in college.

That being said I would also listen to the wisdom from what sounds like wise investor and might know a thing or two and has found his niche
