Make sure you get approval for anything from the brokerage first.The state real estate commissions see licensees as professionally trained in contracts and held to a higher standard than ( joe blow ) investor off the street.

I have told presidents of banks before good luck with those programs but I am not even close to being a customer with those terms.Some banks are in growth mode on certain types of lending and will get aggressive to land business.

Find one that can offer you leads and training as well as all the supporting connections such as a good lender, title company, inspectors, appraisers, etc.Also when interviewing with various teams look to see if you think your personality will be a good fit for that office/team.
