Incomplete or false information are grounds for rejection, as stated on the app. 

You can (and should) also require that everyone over 18 years of age complete and application and each one pay the app fee.Again, number of people as a criteria should be avoided as it can be construed to illegally discriminate against families.

For Realtor license, here is a quick tip that helped pass the second time around, study all the terms In every chapter,  If you know the terms, your can correctly answer any question they throw at you :)Hope my 2cents helped ;)
