I presented my offer with them financing the deal but since it is only short term (rehab) the amount of interest is not enough to make the deal sweet enough for them.Typing this out though just gave me some ideas to make it stretch out longer.Mike,The owner died and left house to kids with thier aunt being the executor of the estate.
