I am really enjoying the BP community and how we must all stick together.

These counties stick out as especially low average bids.

Just like real estate, set a plan and stick to it, whether that's 1 video a week or 1 video a day.

Looking back on what happened with that site, I think I'll stick with posting to these sites for now.

For me, I'm sticking with VRBO and will see how things shake out.  

It's all about finding the right property for the right price and, most importantly, picking a business pland and sticking to it no matter what it takes.

Or, if this is an older property from the time when just sticking tile right on sheetrock was common, then you would need to do some work to fix it. 

At the very, very, very least, stain them so that they don't stick out and make the house look like the steps were thrown on as an afterthought. 

@Aaron Mazzrillo I agree one hundred % that every word or number that comes from the broker/seller needs to be verified, but I stick to the fact that before I go to the effort of gatering and verifying facts I need to start with numbers.  

If I'm replacing counter tops anyway, I'd stick a slab of level 1 granite in there and call it a day.
