i bought property at tax sale auction in Dekalb county Georgia, over 12 months ago, now i am doing barment,  i published ad news paper,  i sent 30 days notices to ex owners and all parties might have interest,  and the property now it empty / unoccupied.my question is: if 30 days notice expired and no body redeemed, can i enter the property and start to fix / repair the property, and rent it??

It's honestly kinda nuts how quickly the bonuses accrue and how organized the site keeps you.  

Though I will say, as an owner / specialist in local student housing, student housing wouldn't be my play right now especially for a first-time investor.

Do you mean like on REIT/crowdfunding sites or are these funds something different?

I'm not sure how all these owners that are levered up are able to survive.Also, as a self manager, I have not found it possible to compete head first with PMs.
