The city itself is very nice, with lots of options for outdoor activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.

As nightlife and concerts come to a halt, and dining at your favorite restaurant means sitting at a picnic table in a parking lane during January, their decision is accelerated.For those who left, the city was just a stop along the way.

If you're an Chinese guy in your 30s and shopping in the 3 cities you just mentioned then you are probably: Looking for neighborhoods with Character, Not overly asian but close to asian restaurants and stores, and good schools.

There are many way to seal up drafty old windows: many old duplexes in Wisconsin have windows caulked and painted shut, that's one way.

The main detractor from my RE business previously was that I owned a full-service restaurant and a pizzeria.

They can shut that off pretty easy actually on the tenants recommendation if there’s a call made down to the office .

It is a very dynamic market, ever shrinking so good to get back in the market since so many carriers are shutting down or changing their underwriting guidelines.
