Um this sounds like a knee jerk reaction to file a claim I’d just hire a reputable handyman for same cost . you’ll be better off and your rate won’t go through the roof on the insurance either

I recommend finding an established lender/broker with a good reputation that specializes in renovation financing, has hard money wholesale relationships, etc.

For example, I'd be very careful of who they work with in Chicago, and am not sure you would get much cash flow in Jacksonville with any reputable turnkey company in today's market.
