I have never been involved on anything of this sort, how doable and cost effective would it be compared to buy/renovate,  any thoughts?

Hi, I need help analyzing a rental property.Sale price is $795,000.building has updated/renovated exterior + interior 3 out of 6 units, has separate meters + coin operated laundry room.Tenants 5 out of 6 is month to month.location is very good.the calculation on the calculator is with zero down, Please take a look at my calculations to see if I am missing anything, my first rental Property calculation.Tank you!

Any recommendations as to how we may be able to either finance or somehow come up with the 20% plus the 30k in renovations costs?

Great question, I am still in the process of renovating the entire duplex. 

Manhatten Park two story- Get written quotes on repair/renovation.

Each had been purchased and renovated to rental quality by the same owner 5 years ago.

I think with around 4-6k invested per apartment, plus 5-10k invested on the outside (30-50K renovation) I can get around $550-575 for the 1 Beds, and around $650 for the 2 bed 1 bad. 

We have full time employees we'd like to retask to SFHs that need more than paint and carpet, realizing some value add through our renovations and work.

I'm a general contractor specializing in remodels and renovations of mid-range residential properties for rent and resale.

I am in the construction industry, i have renovated a few properties so that's not the issue.
