Hi Everyone - I need to reach out for some recommendations and advice from the Pittsburgh BP members. We are working on our third rehab, a SF in Lawrenceville and need to build more connections with local contractors that can help keep our project moving. My husband and I have in the past completed other rentals ourselves, which was fun but with full time jobs we need some help. I want to know if anyone has any recommendations for contractors that are reliable and won't overcharge for their work just because of the area. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP!!
