Wanted some ideas/opinions on adding a mini-split to a property in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

That was Regions Bank policy when I worked there.

We hit up Dirty Frank's (hotdog place), 16 bit (arcade bar), the Hollywood casino, Foodhall (bar/club), and then a nightcap at an underground place.

I used to have a connection at a regional bank that would do 100% LTV on 2-4 unit owner occupied properties, but those days are long gone.

My plan, is to keep running numbers for the local Metrowest region and keep driving for dollars. 

Does anyone in the georgia region know or have a purchase and sale agreement contract?

I have a full time business and don't have time to deal with probates and divorce lawyers , direct mail (basically I don't think that looking for direct deals is for me).I contacted real estate agents but none seem to believe that there are any under value deals right now.Where do I find people to partner with in a coastal Virginia region?

Its very regional. if you study floridas market, it will not translate to PA.
