Lender using current leases on property towards buyers income
I’m wondering if anybody else has had experience with the lender using the current leases and the rental income on a property that the buyer is purchasing Towards their income?

@Raul Gil-Azamar I would say that this is a REQUIREMENT for us to use as investors. Lenders MUST use the rental income to help me qualify. Otherwise, the BRRRR method could not work. If you are speaking with a lender that won't use rental income....then go to a different lender.
