i think was because my property is larger but older, and i think having below market will give me that extra edge in getting larger tenant pooli think 3bedroom 1.5bath (slightly newer) is rent around $1450, and i have 4bed 3bath, but with older house, it's probably not as fancy. i posted on zillow on Sunday for $1550 and only had 3 inquire so far, one being section 8but i think you are right, it's just my personal flaw that i think my rents is always slightly lower if not greatly lower than market for all my other rental property, which i was doing just fine with low interest rate, but 7.625% is kinda annoying now.

If you keep reading many of the topics on the forums, you will come to find many people sharing  posts where they attest to paying 18.63% in the '70's for their homes.

If you are using an agent to rent your property, then his MLS may or may not syndicate with other websites such as Zillow, Redfin, Homes, 'Apartments.com, Trulia, etc....you can check by typing in your home address on each of these websites to determine if your property was syndicated or not.7 If it wasn't syndicated, then yo will have to post it up individually on these websites. 

This post that you made is literally just asking to get scammed.

A lot of the posts make two really good points: (1) a lot of people are trying to sell their services to newbies, which is completely understandable but can be a train wreck (I almost made a bad choice in 2022 when I was a newbie on the site and trying to get my feet wet).
