Pre foreclosure Letters

Does anyone have a great letter that they send out to pre-foreclosures to get them to call you to buy their home? I have a few templates but would really prefer to find one that is more successful than others. Also any 2nd and 3rd follow up letters would be awesome too! Thanks everyone!
