I know for a fact you need to be licensed and license laws require you to put your license number on your website both state NMLS and individual broker.. there is non3. click on past deals... blank page.site is generic in nature.. with no clue as to who your dealing with.and maybe they want it that way and everything is fine.but you can call the state of Nevada and ask if you need a licensed and when any company says they are nationwide again I don't believe that FEW actually are.. you need to be STATE licensed in 12 states..

I agree we are facing a nation wide shortage and this will continue to put pressure on pricing but buying over priced existing for appreciation the not only way to go in those markets.
