All the kids/grand kids are coming and we will be there a week.

My model is similar to my Dad's - work a FT job and invest on the side (renovate to rent) BUT my goal is to shift my earned income to passive income so I can do what I enjoy FT (real estate) but with 4 young kids its a challenge.

We have outgrown the property now as we have 2 kids and we are moving to the Southern MD area this summer and when faced with the prospect of selling the duplex or renting, well… renting won.

I've been working out of my home office for 12 years now and since my kids were born, it's been getting harder and harder to work from home.

Need to pick a place that a kid is ok at because I will have one tagging along.

Thankfully college for the kids is mostly taken care of.

I've got two kids in collage using up endless amounts of cash.
