@Yizhou Pan 3 bed/2 baths are great but if you can find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths that will be more ideal.

Ideally, my plan would be to move in to the home this summer and have it rented by the time school starts in Sept. 

So when you see the movie stars and big time sports celebs flying form new York to LA in their G 4 they spent a cool 100k one way or tad more. 

As a general background our intention is try and rope in corporate type rentals, ideally we are looking at 3 month terms.
