Hello Bigger Pockets, I am an 18 year old still in high school looking to get straight into the game of Real Estate after I graduate.

I work 9-5, 40 hours a week, have 9 rentals, and a child that is graduating and leaving for college.

I am a 21 year old college student graduating this May.

She spent 7 years previous to teaching in the field of retail management.Heather graduated from Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt) with an M.B.A in Strategic Sustainability and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

I just graduated college with my bachelor's degree, and am starting my MBA program in July.

Graduated college, got an MBA in Finance and worked on Wall Street for about a year.

She is a lovely, responsible young woman and will need a place on her own since my daughter graduates next month.

They have been excellent to work with but May 1st, they all graduate college.

My first focus after graduating High School was to find a way to quickly increase my income in a 9-5 to fund my real estate investing; I have recently gotten to a comfortable spot with my 9-5 as a bar tender.

I served for 4 years and just graduated with a bachelors in December.
