As long as you don't lie on any mortgage forms leading up to and through closing on the home about the current condition of your finances, then you're fine.

I'm aware this bucks the trend of investing in OH, FL, etc. but I think (and hope) positive cash-flowing deals can be found with the right connections. 

At the same time, there just weren't that many operators serving LPs who had been doing this long enough to have gone through turbulent markets. 

They all generally seem to be negative cash flow about 99% of the time.

Any software/camera related, that can be controlled through an app where tenant can have constricted access to cameras but i as owner have full access?
