Every free second I have, I'm listening to podcasts/audio books, reading, or browsing the BP forums.

I've read a couple of books and listened to about 70 podcasts and feel as if me and my fiance are ready to jump into our first deal. 

Hi BP,I am seeking any resources (books, websites, software, etc) to help educate myself on home design and renovations - particularly those focusing on the exterior of homes.

What strategies are people using to track these accurately and with minimal headache with book keeping?

I have ordered her book that should explain all of that but it has not arrived. 

I've read Wendy Patton's book and watched her 3 day bootcamp video.

We determined to buy a home in each of these locations in a mobile home community and went to them during the best weather of the year in each.Even though I retired at age 29 and have explained that both in my book and on Bigger pockets, it did not hurt my ego to stay in something for a lot less than $850,000!

I have developed an entrepreneur mindset, and I am really excited to see what I do with everything I have learned in the last 9 months through networking in New York City, listening to Podcasts and shows, and reading many books. 

And I have been super fortunate but I don't make a TON of money or we'd be buying in LA ;) ) I've listened to SO many BP podcasts and read dozens of books on this topic...it seems a lot of good investors buy property they haven't seen as long as the market is healthy and the numbers make sense.

Sadly, I never really took the time to learn from her, so I've started this process with no expertise.Honestly, I've been lurking on forums, reading blog posts/books, and grilling coworkers with portfolios, trying to piece together something approaching a business plan for a few months now.
