Newbie looking to house back in North Jersey
Hello everyone this is my first post here on bigger pockets. Discovered bigger pockets a couple of months ago and fell in love with the idea of owning real estate and hopefully one day becoming financially free. I've read a couple of books and listened to about 70 podcasts and feel as if me and my fiance are ready to jump into our first deal.
I am looking to house back to start off so I am looking for a duplex, triplex or even a fourplex. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
