They’ll be in every one of our welcome packages going forward.Regarding spare floors, I have a few planks that might replace the bathroom, but that’s about it... still deciding what we’re going to do... new tenants seem to be accepting of it, and frankly told us they just don’t want it to hinder THEIR deposit.

You have to be careful not to give deposits for funding apporval; that is mostly likely a scam.Reasonable costs for appraisals, property inspections are acceptable.

We are currently in a dilemma because we just found out we had an offer accepted on a house that we really liked, but earlier that same day we found a house that we LOVE and put an offer in on that one too.
