I was just curious if anyone knew about real estate investing events in San Diego?

In the event that the the buyer wants to back out, they can do so during DD and expect to receive their earnest money back.

Additionally, the recapture of bonus depreciation is more favorable than a 1031 since it occurs at a flat rate that is lower than the high rate most investors would pay upon the exit of a 1031. 

I'm curious since it is auction style and not closed tender, if this is a really competitive event and if properties start at 0$ or if the auctioneer sets a starting price at the time of bidding?

The next time they are late, they WILL be charged a late fee...and when that next time occurs (and it will), you MUST charge that late fee. 

Such an obvious answer but wasn't occurring to either of us.
