I'm now looking for a foundation contractor myself.

Am working on hiring a contractor but before doing that I wanted to find out what the market in this area requires for level of rehab and different ways to add value. 

Would like to expand my property search a bit and I have a good contractor already setup in that area.

is that the same as a contract or something else?

How many lenders, contractors, title companies, partners, etc., etc. did you talk with?

I've a tenant moving out within the next few days and have a General Inspector lined up and also need to have contractors come in and give us bids for rehab, my question is for out of state investors: How do you stay on top of/manage projects being done without your supervision? 

Sellers willing to come down on price based on contractors’ estimates (somewhere around 30-50k)— waiting to see what price sellers will come down to.

I live and work with my husband as a contractor in the Northern Virginia area.
