Hi All,

My name is Cynthia Murphy and I am new to the forum.  I live and work with my husband as a contractor in the Northern Virginia area.  After 20 years in both Real Estate Finance and Contracting we are just getting started in Real Estate Investment.  I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Getting started in real estate investment has been on our list every year but this year we have been scaling back the consumer side of our business so we can focus on developing in this area.  I love reading all your posts and learning from your mis-steps and successes.  

If there is ever any advice I can offer in the design or construction please don't hesitate to reach out I'm happy to help out.
