What type of associate do I find first?
I am brand new to BP and to real estate investing. I have opened an LLC and have started saving for a down payment; while learning as much as I can by listening to Podcasts and reading books and articles on real estate investing. I understand that I will need to have a network of real estate agents, real estate attorneys, investors, and contractors. My questions is, out of all of those types of people which should I seek first? Also about what percentage of my down payment should I have saved before I seek that person?
