I suppose you could negotiate a strike price that floats down if the market declines but you probably wouldn’t want to because your objective seems like it’s not to sell.

Overcoming objections. 

Being new to the actual process having the support of the group was very valuable to meeting my objectives. 

I give them a magical 10 digit number that will resolve any issues they may run into regarding their tenancy.I am not about to take on the task of making my tenant “feel good” and as @Jim K. points out- likely not.
