I think its very important to vet several coaches and find the style you like and what you want to accomplish.  

There is additional coaching/mentor programs offered, but didn't seem like a hard sell. 

Any recommendations for a personal CRE Investing Coach with focus on commercial office space?  

I would highly recommend getting a paid coach.

I've heard of similar coaching and mentorship programs for building real estate brokerage teams...often times this consists of developing a business plan with consistent accountability.

Kiyosaki's lawyer say the same thing - I signed up for RichDad coaching) mentioned that in his 20 or 30 years (can't remember which he told me) he has never had any lender exercise the due on sale clause in this instance. 

The zone laws change should've grandfathered the coach house.  

Obviously, the tenant did not do a good job of coaching.
