I need mentor/coach for property management business...HELP!

I've heard of similar coaching and mentorship programs for building real estate brokerage teams...often times this consists of developing a business plan with consistent accountability. I own and manage 120 SFR properties in NW Indiana. I have not received any formal education on the business of long term tenant property management. Who do you know of that comes highly recommended?

Guys, you have got to join NARPM!!!!

I managed on my own for six years before joining NARPM. No mentor, nobody else within 100 miles that was managing more than 30-40 rentals and they weren't professional about it. I joined NARPM and learned more in my first year than I had in the six previous years! They have classes and chapters but they also have a strong community that loves to share. Thanks to NARPM, I increased my revenue per door by almost 50%, I have stronger policies, I've added services I didn't even know existed, I've improved my accounting and business finances, and much more.
