You will also want to check for any loans,  liens,  etc that can cloud the title.

I do lots of multiunits and do-host seminars as well, I tell buyer that ideally is to purchase first MF conventional with 5% down and the second one as FHA since you don’t need to redo the first one also you can get rid of the MI without refinancing.

I don't know if this detail makes a difference or not, but all the judgment and lien holders were notified of the court date for the issuance of the tax deed to the seller, but none of the parties of interest showed.I cannot refinance if the title is clouded.

The lawyers will take as much time as needed if it's a cloud on the title it might take a little longer but that's not on you.DO NOT, forgo an inspection, you want this done as quick as possible.

It also clouds a title so that anyone trying to do a deal on this property will have to pay you to clear you off or pay a lawyer to do a quiet title action.
