After a year of listening to the BP podcast and reading ALL of the books suggested, I have decided to make that prophetic JUMP tens of thousands have made before myself. While is was not a easy climb on this plane  (mindset), I have seen the Light above the clouds and reached 30,000 ft. I know there will be head winds, turbulence, unseen weather conditions and I will have to gather a GREAT crew, SERVE my flight, and LAND with confidence.
