Get a photo up ASAPThe Why: Not having a photo up is like going to a networking event with a paper bag on your head.

Wiring,,, yes,, I'd plan on re-wiring,, we recently transferred ownership between family members, and the house was 1915 construction,, has some original knob & tube wiring and a fuse box with fuses,, the current insurance company we had wanted photo of the fuse box,, they said they would write the policy this year but would require update before next years policy is reissued. we've had insurance with this same agent for over 30 years..   

Also did they get permits since if wired wrong and it catches on fire you're on the hook.If they have broked the lease, you need to give them written notice of same and they be subject to eviction. 

Niki,The longer you let this go, the harder it is for them to catch up.

If you are hoping for this to do double duty as a long term buy and hold / appreciation play then I hope you have decades to wait for that area to catch up to the areas around the stadium.

They are asked to bring a copy of their government issued photo ID and a recent pay check stub to the showing.

Sure, the Realtors could have/should have done more research to determine the current state of the title and to review the closing documents (some of that burden is on you, as well), however ultimately I think its the lawyer at the title company who had the responsibility to catch this.
