i have a real estate background and just started a foreclosure real estate investment company. looking forward to participating on this forum and learning from experienced investors across this country. i've attended about 5 public courthouse auctions so far. unfortunately, i missed out on my first property by about $900, but i didn't want to exceed my maximum bid. currently, working on a spreadsheet and analyzer program to help with analysis and decision making quickly and easily.

You have no recourse on your agent if he picks out something that you wouldn't have chosen for yourself.Crikey, I'm just picturing some tenant who calls about an apartment and speaks to someone named "Bob" in India who barely speaks English and has an accent so thick he is not understandable.

I will say that it does not come right off the bat, it takes a lot of participation and effort on your part, but the fruits of your labor WILL in fact be rewarded if you apply yourself here.Rich and I are just another example of how coming to this site and creating business relationships and partnerships is so advantageous, you would be a fool to not get involved.Rich and I now offer to fund all of the short sale investors here on BP and abroad.

Sometimes, that means taking whatever amount that the first position lender permits.Now, since in the case you present, the first position lender would be paid in full, they will not participate in the short sale.
