In the crazy event that it can not be cleared up, this is a prime example of why you get title insurance.

Here are a few of my recommendations that might help you:--- find local REIA groups, and attend all of their meetings.  

I learned a lot from Frank and Dave at Mobilehomeuniversity.com and I highly recommend attending one of their boot-camps.  

I got turned away from Joe Calloway Deal TrainingI went to the event Thursday night and tried to sign in at the door and got turned away because they were "at capacity" How was it?
