Legal ques:Bought building A but legal description said point B

We bought a 4 family building A with tenant a few years ago, we found the county record said we own building B.  Later soon, the county officer called me and told me they found some problem while the owner B agent called them the problem too.

I called the title company and the title company said all their record said Building A and lot# 61 and county should change the record because The county record said Building B is lot #61.

Does the county do that? What can I do now?  We take better care on A, We replaced window and roof and full occupied and better tenants.
