Charge for any damages as you discover them and attend to any maintenance items in a timely manner.I would simply state facts and ask for more information.... such as: "There's been a 75% increase in water usage from this unit in the last month.

I've spent a good bit of my free time educating myself - read some of the highly recommended books (RDPD, MREI, etc), monitored my local market closely using the MLS, drove around neighborhoods, attended open homes, read BP once a day, and finally caught up on all of the podcast episodes recently.

I will be attending the University of Akron in the fall for Mechanical Engineering and hopefully one day i will be able to work full-time as an engineer while I gradually grow passive income through real estate to a point where I don't have to work anymore.
