Hello everyone! My name is Victoria and I am new to biggerpockets forum. After reading many books, watching many video and webinars, I decided to finally reach out for support, because quite frankly, I am not sure what my next move should be. I am 25 years old, and I am a full time student majoring in business while working full time. I lived in LA for five years now, and after realizing that I spent over 50k on rent in this short period of time, I started investigating other options. My credit score allowed me to qualify for a loan of 200k. I currently have enough money to cover 20% down payment, closing costs, fix ups etc. It is well known how expensive LA is, therefore I am open to any other areas. I am so excited to create my first real estate experience, and what I found out so far is not at all motivating. I refuse to give up. What would you do if you were me?
