The mayor obstacle that we have is that they don't have a social, they have a ITIN number.

Sad (but not surprising given they're headquartered in San Francisco) that Airbnb chooses to virtue signal it's social "wokeness" through BS like this instead of focusing on producing a better product. 

Don't be a secret agent on social media, even with a small audience post content.

I love to follow people on social media that give out good quality content and aren't just trying to upsell me. 

I was reflecting on some of the initial impressions people have about multifamily syndications today, which prompted me to dig a bit deeper into the ‘why’ behind comments I’ve seen on message boards & social media, like these –‘I’m happy with my current investment decisions’ and ‘I don’t trust anyone who suggests a different strategy’‘ or I’m not interested in hearing about multifamily syndications, as I’m sure a pushy salesperson will try to convince me to do something that’s not good for me, and I don’t want to lose money’It occurred to me that I’m no different, and further reflected on how it took me a few months to be convinced to invest in multifamily syndications.

Just curious as i am not up on the lingo of modern social media. 

Those who are killing it financially and who choose to rent based on sound economic or social factors are in the distinct minority.
