New Real Estate Investor, looking for education and guidance !

Hello BP Community! New real estate investor here and I just got my company up and running. I have been studying, reading and listening to countless resources on real estate investing for the past 6 months, along with several of my friends who all have the same interest. We have been positioning ourselves strategically within that time frame to be able to be positioned to start this real estate journey. Any tips, guidance, other resources that you can provide would be great. I am now getting into the exploratory phase of looking for homes to rehab, flip and/or rent out. Thank you in advance!
