San Diego driver looking for mentor interested in marketing.

I drive all around San Diego delivering for Uber, grub hub, shipt, etc and recently got a 3rd job delivering for Pizza hut in the mission valley area. I see a lot of interesting houses that I would imagine have lots of potential. I recently heard about " driving for dollars" and was wondering if I could help any investors in San Diego by doing this while delivering. I'm looking to learn what to look for when driving for dollars and also learn key real estate investing strategies in the process. It's probably a long shot but I thought making a post about this wouldn't hurt. I can also distribute pens or display magnetic signs on my vehicle to help bring in sellers for local investors. If anyone thinks this would benefit them please reach out to me. I'm currently active duty Navy and working hard for extra income to buy properties out of state and in San Diego using the VA loan. I could definitely use more knowledge in all things real estate. Thank you for your time!
