It is sold wood and will outlast your life.They have a very good supply. 

Mostly wooded, about 5 acres cleared, non flood zone acres about 17.-1 acre lots nearby are selling for $50k - Homes across the street are $400k+- Lot is inbetween 2 bigger towns.Our thought are to add the 5 additional pads (My husband owns a concrete company) and build Boat/Rv Storage on the cleared acres.

For repairs, I would imagine I'd need wood to keep it the same.

Pricing is strictly $ per sq ft; you are not going to get anything extra for wood floors, marble, etc. because that is what all the homes have that have been built in the last decade.
