If you do have the plan, you still need the education and motivation to execute the plan and that takes time as does your ability to do enough deals to replace your J.O.B. with the new JOB of a wholesaler.

As of now, its still legal.Not sure how the govt could ever make taking pictures through a window illegal, as long as you are standing on public property or property for which you have permission to be on.  

All of the public access sites are going to be delayed, only the actual MLS will be real time.

However, the education required in order to pass the test to get a license is critical.Be the most informed and prepared person in the room.
