John Farady - how about a form we just send them, that is required to be filled out with all this info on it, with some statement about to qualify for this "Program", this is the legal info required by law to qualify to get reduced or not pay rent, and big print area about contempt of court penalties.

That option is up to you to print all the docs yourself and then mail them shortly after signing.
